When I think of a year, I've always pictured it like this:

But I was curious what other people thought. So I posted my "year" on Facebook and asked others to send me their versions. The result became a blog called Draw One Year. 

I think of it as an exercise in understanding difference. By looking at how others perceive something, we get inside their heads a little bit. We start to realize that our way of seeing things isn't the only way.
